HOUR BLOCKS & MONTHLY RETAINERS

Stop scoping.
Start shipping.

Buy a block of my build time and use it however you need — live calls, debugging, or me building your AI app while you sleep. Then keep me on a monthly retainer with rollover, so your hours never disappear and your roadmap never stalls.

Unused retainer hours roll over while you're active. 3-month minimum commitment for the retainer.

Five ways to buy my time

Same builder, same priority queue. The only question is how much time you need and whether you want it monthly.

Need more than 10 hours a month? There is a 10-hour rollover retainer — ask when you book and I will send the link.

"But I'm not sure I'll use the hours"

Everyone says it. Here's exactly what happens in each case.

You don't use all your hours this month

They roll over. That's the entire point of the rollover retainer — a quiet month banks time for the month you launch and everything is on fire.

You need more than 5 hours one month

Draw on your banked hours first. Still short? Add hours at your retainer rate, no renegotiation, no new invoice cycle.

You'd rather not commit monthly

Then start with the one-off 5-hour block. Most people convert after the first one because they hate re-buying and re-explaining the project every time.

You don't know what to hand me

Book the $127 session. We turn the vague idea into a task list, and if you buy a block that same week I'll credit the session against it.

You've been burned by an agency

No account manager, no minimum spend beyond the 3-month commitment you're in. You're buying my hours directly and you can stop at any renewal after that.

You're worried the hours are vague

Every hour is logged with what it was spent on and sent to you. If a task will overrun, you hear it before I start, not after.

FAQ

The things people actually ask before buying.

How do rollover hours work?

While your subscription is active, any hours you don't use in a month stay in your balance and carry forward. Your balance is yours as long as you are subscribed. If you cancel, you have 30 days to use what is banked before the balance closes.

What can I use hours on?

Anything on your app — live Zoom calls, async builds, debugging, feature additions, or me building while you sleep and sending you a recording. You direct the work.

Calls or no calls — which block?

Up to you. Most people mix both. Some months are all calls; some are all async builds. The hours track the same either way.

How fast do you start?

For one-off blocks, within a week in most cases. Retainer clients go to the front of the queue — typically 24–48 hours.

Can I upgrade from a one-off block to the retainer?

Yes. If you have unused hours from a block, they convert to your retainer balance. You pay the difference; nothing is lost.

What if my project is bigger than a block?

Book the $197 App Triage Call first. We scope the project properly and the $197 is credited if you go ahead with a block or retainer.

Do hours expire?

One-off block hours are valid for 90 days from purchase. Retainer hours roll over indefinitely while your subscription is active.

What is the 3-month minimum for the retainer?

The retainer price ($450/mo) reflects a committed engagement — not a one-month trial. The minimum is 3 months, after which you can cancel at any renewal date.

Put a builder on retainer this week

$450/month, 5 hours, rollover. 3-month minimum, then cancel at any renewal. If you would rather try before you subscribe, take the $555 five-hour block and convert later — your hours come with you.
